Can each location have its own campaigns?
Yes. Set a national template for branding and standards, then let locations or regions run their own campaigns within it. Reporting rolls up to head office and drills down by location.
Do we need card readers at every location?
Usually not. QR codes and Tap to Pay cover most recurring meetings without hardware to buy, ship or maintain. Add Stripe S710/S700 readers selectively for flagship venues, regional gatherings or dinners, hired by the week.
How do we manage readers across many venues?
Readers are assigned to a location and campaign centrally, connect over Wi-Fi and update themselves overnight. A venue receives a reader that works out of the box, and head office sees its donations alongside everything else.
How do we keep branding consistent?
Templates control logos, colours and wording centrally on donation pages, QR assets and reader screens, while approved local details can vary. That keeps the donor experience recognisable wherever someone gives.
Can we track which locations are performing?
Yes. Track giving by location, region and campaign so you can support locations that need help and share practice from those performing strongly.
How would a rollout work?
In waves. Start with a pilot group, prove the template and guidance, then extend. Tell us your locations and meeting rhythm when you request a demo so we can propose a realistic rollout rather than a generic demo.
