Frequently asked questions

Does my phone support Tap to Pay?

If you have an iPhone you will need an iPhone XS or later, running iOS 16.4 or later. If you have an Android phone, your device will need to be running on Android 10 or later. Please contact support@givetap.co.uk if you would like more information about supported devices.

Can I still use my card reader?

Yes. When taking a payment you will be presented with various options, including card reader payments and Tap to Pay.

How easy is it to set up?

Very! Once you’ve got a GiveTap account you can follow the instructions in the GiveTapinde app to get started. Any issues, just get in touch with our support team!
